RETURN POLICY

Return Process

1. Send return requirements to our customer service via email: sales@annke.com;

2. Keep the original state of the returned items in order not to affect the secondary sales;

3. After your return requirements are approved, send the relevant products to the designated address

Returnable Items

1. The item you received is incorrect with the item you ordered;

2. The item you received is defective;

3. The item you received is DOA (Dead on Arrival);

4. Non-Stisfied Goods.

Note for Case of Return:

1. Discounted or end of line products can only be returned for repair. No refunds or replacements will be made;

2. We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive the products ordered, please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us (https://www.annkesecurity.com/contact-us) immediately;

3. For Non-Stisfied Goods

If you receive your products and you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us.Returns will take approximately 5 working days for the process once the goods have arrived. Items must be in their original packaging, all the original boxes must be intact and included, along with all packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, plus all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.

Refund Policy

1. If the product is faulty, you could send it back for a full refund within 45 days of receiving it. Return shipping fee is available;

2. If the product is completely broken, we could offer you a full refund or resend you a new one since you submit the problem within 45 days of receiving the product;

3. If the product is slightly damaged and you want to retain it, we would offer you a partial refund;

4. If you have emailed us for a refund, once we have approved it your money will be refunded. The estimated time for the refund to appear in your account is based on the payment method you used the expected processing times are shown below.

WARRANTY POLICY

Money back guarantee-30 day returns

You may return any item in its original packaging provided that the products are not damaged or abused when you are trying and testing it for your use. You may return the products for any reason within 30 days of delivery (Some conditions may apply to certain products). The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
For used items which are received more than 30 days,you may get a replacement or a partial refund within warranty due to quality problem.Please note that replacement will be made upon receipt of the returned item, the customer may take return shipping fees according to specific case .

Standard warranty-1 year

The standard warranty covers a period of one year from the documented date of purchase, including all components and accessories contained in the original packaging.
After the warranty period has expired, warranty services will continue to be available for a fee. Please see below standard for a exclusive warranty or additional cost of quality defective product:

Exclusive warranty for another 1 year: 40% of original order amount.
Defective product beyond 1 year: 20% of original order amount for one time warranty service.

ANNKE warranty is limited to guidelines provided by the Consumer Law in each local jurisdiction. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under that Consumer Law. The specific warranty peroid is as following:

Please follow the warranty process and We will update customer in 24 hours and solve it soon:

Describe the problem of the item in details(what happened and when?), stating your order number and product code ( sku number)

Tell us what steps you have already taken to solve the issue

Offer us the item code indicated on the outer package

Send us clear picture or video of the defects in good lighting

 

Kindly Notice

Generally we advise returning the package through ordinary postal services in order to get a Customs Form for international packages. If you use a courier agency such as UPS, DHL or FedEx, we couldnot cover the shipping fees or the Customs fee that might be applied.

And we are not responsible if goods were lost when sent back without tracking number. We would deal with the refund within 24 hours after we receive the return goods.
